Welcome to the home page of the Cambridge Area Tang Soo Do Clubs.
We train in the traditional Korean martial art of Tang Soo Do. The first club in the area was Impington TSD opened in June 2001 at Impington Sports Centre, then another club Cambridge TSD at Mayfield School, Warwick Road, Cambridge in 2003. Since then other clubs have opened in an around Cambridge, Cambridge South TSD,at Cherry Hinton Village Centre, Trumpington TSD, at Trumpinton Sports Centre, and newly opened Marleigh TSD have been added, with the area going from strength to strength each year.
The classes of Cambridge and Impington, were amalgamated in 2015 and continue to train at Impington Sports Centre as Cambridge & Impington Tang Soo Do.
As part of the World Tang Soo Do Association we have three aims:
- Self Defence - To protect our lives and possessions from injustice and danger.
- Health - To promote our physical and spiritual health and enjoy strong bodies and sound minds through rigorous training.
- Better Person - To strive to be of better character through endurance and hard work.
